Finance & Business Controller

**YES?** To strengthen our Finance department, we are looking for a:
**FINANCE & BUSINESS CONTROLLER**

The Finance and Business Controller will report directly to the Head of Finance and works closely with the entire Finance team. Your main responsibility is ensuring qualitative reporting about the performance of Quick and Burger King restaurants. Your contribution should facilitate decision making of Management and our key strategic departments (Operations, Marketing, Development and IT).

We are searching for a high-potential, with a broad interest in diverse financial and business processes. The function will cover our entire Business and supports a fast learning curve in a dynamic environment.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports with key performance metrics and liaise with various departments to create and produce management reporting packages.
- Create ad hoc analyses and presentations to drive business strategy and increase the value of the company.
- Support quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term planning.
- Maintain and enhance efficiency of internal financial reporting processes.
- Ensure the quality of our financial accounts by steering our Accounting department.

**Who are you?**
- Master’s degree in Finance ; CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is a plus.
- 2-3 years relevant experience in a Finance function or BIG 4 firm.
- Perfect knowledge of French or Dutch and communicates fluently in English.
- Preference for a challenging environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities.
- Good people skills, which make you easily approachable and trustworthy.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines; handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
