Trade Marketing Intern Extreme

The team you will be part of is the Trademarketing department for Travel Retail customers and domestic Middle East.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic business with stakeholders from different countries with a growing demand of our brands.
Your responsibility is to provide daily support for our commercial team in regards to our activations, visuals designs, material production, distribution to partners and campaigns execution.
You will be working with brands such as Budweiser, Corona, Stella Artois, Leffe and many more.
- Internal cross functional support: Communication with Brand Marketing teams, Interface with Field Sales and Connection with Customers.
- Follow up on trade materials: Purchase Request, Production tracking, distribution to partners and distribution to customers.
- Interface with our vendors regarding material production and payments.
- Budget spend tracking: Support our team managing the spends and budget reporting to our stakeholders.
- Intense collaboration with our partners: Providing our brand key visuals, tracking materials stock and availability, follow up for materials distribution according to our promotional calendar.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES**
- Interested in developing a career in business / marketing with a focus to understand how FMCG companies operates.
- Previous work / internship is a plus.
- Excel and Powerpoint intermediate.
- Strong communication skills / comfortable speaking with different stakeholders.
- Curious, proactivity and ready for action.
- Fluent in English.
