SPA has an immediate need for a System Administrator with Microsoft COTS Specialisation to provide contracting services to NATO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain operational workstation baseline for multiple networks within the agency;
- Assure successful deployment of security updates and anti
- malware/data loss prevention endpoints;
- Assure security hardening based on secunty settings and group policies;
- Provide automated reporting on utilisation of resources with regards to licensing and capacity management;
- Load users and workstations into a datacentre-centric infrastructure;
- Liaise with the Agency's Centralised Service Desk for incident problem and change management;
Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 as client operating systems;
- Experience of Windows Administration and relevant certifications, e.g. MCITP;
- Experience 1n client provisioning and bare metal install using MDT and SCCM as toolsets;
- Experience 1n troubleshooting client OS and software prov1s1oning problems;
- Experience in Application Prov1s1on1ng technologies;
- CES experience to support NFIU and CANON;
- Uniflow experience
- Fluent in English
- National of one of the 30 NATO countries
- In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance
