**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated person to reinforce the Field Service Operations team.
As a Technician, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services.
You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service.
Tetra Pak will give you the opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in mechanics and electronics by performing services on our clients’ sites in the Netherlands or in Belgium and Luxemburg.
Intensive traveling (more than 80%) is expected within Benelux or France.
**What you will do**:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance on Tetra Pak Packaging Equipment
- Drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant
- Preparing quality reports in a timely manner: technical assistance reports, maintenance reports, etc
- Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow-up on customers’ concerns and problems.
- Drive Issue Resolution, by communicating with customers and internally within the company.
**We believe you have**:
- Technical education in Electromechanics.
- 3 to 5 years experience of industrial installations, maintenance, and/or service work
- Enthusiastic, service-oriented and flexible team player
- No-nonsense attitude, able to take responsibility for customer equipment and satisfaction
- English knowledge in word and writing (French or Dutch will be valued)
- Computer skills (MS Office skills)
- Compliance with all safety regulations
- Experience in food processing is a plus (dairy, beverage, cheese, prepared food)
- Great problem-solving skills
- It is a big plus if you know our Packaging equipment (Filling machines & Distribution equipment)
- Knowledge of PLC and HMI is an added advantage
- Class B driver's license
