**We are currently looking for a talented and experienced QA Automation Manager to contribute to the product development across the entire BricsCAD product family.**

As part of a larger and international team that aims to develop an industry leading and very user-friendly product family for customers in the AEC, GIS, Civil Engineering and mechanical CAD markets, **your role is key to assuring the quality of our software.** You will closely work with the whole development team and partner with the QA User Testing team.

Your key responsibilities will include
- Get acquainted with the existing CI pipeline and then develop a roadmap to modernize it so it suits our present and future needs
- Define and manage our development QA strategy and guidelines, define the dev QA requirements as part of the definition of done, quality, coverage.
- Drive the QA strategy and standards adoption across all 4 development tribes
- Evaluate, define and manage our dev QA Automation Strategy
- Define and monitor the QA objectives and metrics
- Ensure QA Automation coverage across all products and platforms
- Proactively invest in improving our operational excellence

**Profile**:

- Several years of professional experience as QA Automation Engineer or QA Automation Manager in larger Agile development teams
- Experience with **continuous code quality and statistical QA**:

- Good experience with **CI/CD** in general and QA integration in CI
- Some experience with **QA tools** like SonarQube
- Proficiency with an **object oriented language** (ideally C++)
- A team player, you are organized and structured
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Some affinity with Computer Aided Design (CAD), Architecture (BIM), Engineering, 3D sketching skills, Computational Geometry is a definite plus
