Operator Cleanroom

As a
**technical operator**
**you ensure that the process developments are in accordance with the expectations and values of the company** complying with the established safety, quality and organization standards.

Maximize the assertiveness of product / project developments optimizing time, costs and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Loading and unloading of raw material**:

- **Set-up of cutting program** using basic tools of AutoCAD and interface with laser cutting machine
- Soldering skills (busbar/tabbing wire soldering)
- **Basic maintenance checklist**, including check of pressure of the equipment, temperature, humidity of the environment and also cleaning and small adjustments on the equipment
- **Quality check** - Size of the layer cut, electrical resistance, and record data on the quality report
- Manual operations, as cleaning and assembly of components
- **Visual inspection** according to the acceptance criteria
- Functional tests
- Measurement of electrical resistance
- Identification of the material using the standard labels
- Parameters adjustments on the HMI of the equipment
- Quality check - Function of the switchable film
- Load connectors on the workstation to use along the shift
- Changeover of the plates and set-up of the new model
- You can **operate independently**:

- **Good technical skills,** stress resistant, somebody we can rely on
- Production is 24/7 so **working in shifts is part of the job**:

- Fluent in **English**:

- Experience in production environment
- Experience in operating robots for production line type ABB, KUKA is plus
