**MISSIONS**

In the position of a Expert Client Advisor Women Ready to Wear (WRTW), you will be an ambassador of the brand ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will actively support the Store Management team with the development of the WRTW category, in-line with the standards and expectations of the Brand. You will continuously enhance and share your expertise in WRTW, contributing to business strategies and supporting the team with best-practice, knowledge and client experience. You will demonstrate impeccable product knowledge, while maintaining a highly analytical and commercial mind-set.

You will recruit, retain, and elevate top Clients, both existing and prospective, with particular focus on local Clientele and WRTW. You will collaborate closely with the Store Management and Head Office team.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Possess and maintain a strong, in-depth, and highly technical expertise of WRTW which you will use to support and develop the performance of the category;
- Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced Product and Clienteling skills;
- Exercising independent judgement and discretion, identifying client preferences and follow-up on inquiries and concern are strong components of this role.
- in collaboration wit the Store Management team, focus on WRTW development strategies and actively identify and recruit new potential Clients individually and with the team;
- Be the role model of your category - demonstrating an active, genuine passion and strong enthusiasm, by demonstrating pro-activity.
- Actively animate the WRTW category to the full store team at every available opportunity
- Support the Store Management team in coaching and challenging the team to ensure personal sales targets, while ensuring an elevated and memorable client experience;
- Use your Expert knowledge to communicate and inspire the team on WRTW strategy and actively communicate relevant business information (animate trainings etc)
- Ability to provide Head Office with feedback relating to WRTW and demonstrate strong understanding of the business of your category. Ability to create and implement specific action plans to proactively drive the business.
- Demonstrate strong market expertise of competition in WRTW
- Be fully integrated to the store team and contribute to achieving the overall objectives
of the store
- Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge and drive silhouette mindset with a strong focus on selling all categories.
