Mission

For our Cloud and Custom Applications unit, we are looking for a motivated OutSystems Senior Developer/Tech Lead with a focus on quality project delivery, architectural and technical best practices, team coaching and a solution-oriented mindset.

As an OutSystems specialist, you will be joining a performant multi award-winning team to help us get to the next level. In 2020 we were OutSystems Partner of the Year Belux and the Nordics and in 2021 OutSystems Partner of the Year EMEA with the Catalyst Award for Outstanding achievement in practice development, solution creation, and customer success. You’ll be able to work hand-in-hand and share knowledge and experience with our different Centers of Excellence composed by a mix of local and international colleagues with different cultures, backgrounds and expertise. Technical Skills
- 2-3 years or more of OutSystems development experience in build projects
- Project delivery of Mobile and Reactive Web Apps with OutSystems
- Required certifications:

- OutSystems Associate Reactive Web Developer
- OutSystems Mobile Specialist
- OutSystems development and architectural best practices for Reactive Web and Mobile development
- Experience with Architecture Dashboard and technical debt management
- Object Oriented Programming knowledge
- UML and data model creation experience
- CI/CD and lifecycle management on OutSystems (LifeTime)
- Experience with consumption and exposure of REST (Odata) and SOAP webservices
- Integration with external systems such as SAP, SharePoint,...
- Experience with multilanguage app delivery (built-in feature)

Nice to haves
- Optional certifications
- OutSystems Associate Tech Lead
- OutSystems Architecture Specialist
- External database integration
- Experience with self-hosted OutSystems on Azure
- Mobile package for store/in-house distribution for Android and iOS
- SSL certificate setup on OutSystems

Soft Skills
- Strong client handling experience and able to communicate with the customers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project team management and coaching for quality insurance and technical support
- Solution oriented, ability to translate business requirements into a working solution proposal
- Good resilience and organisational skills
- Convincing presentation skills- Professional communication level in English.- Knowledge of either Dutch or French is a big plus.
