As part of the international Europcar Mobility Group, we combine the strength of a global brand with a local, people-focused approach. As Country Manager, you will set the strategic course, turn it into actionable plans, and ensure operational excellence; leading our Belgian operations to sustained growth and success.

**What will you do?**

You are fully responsible for the leadership, profitability, and growth of Europcar Belgium. You will adapt the Group’s strategy to the Belgian market, guiding your management team and ensuring smooth cooperation across all departments. This is a strategic, tactical, and operational role, from shaping long-term vision to steering day-to-day priorities.

**Key focus areas**:

- **Lead the strategy** - Translate Group vision into a winning local plan with clear targets and KPIs;
- **Drive performance** - Oversee sales, operations, fleet, and support functions for maximum efficiency and profit;
- **Engage commercially** - Take an active role in major contracts, pricing, and fleet decisions;
- **Lead the MT** - Inspire 5 direct reports, foster transparency, ownership, and performance culture;
- **Represent the brand** - Act as main contact for Group, customers, partners, and industry bodies.

**What do you bring to the table?**
- University or higher professional education (HBO) level, preferably in business, economics, or management;
- 10+ years of management experience, including senior leadership roles (e.g., Managing Director, General Manager);
- Strong knowledge of the car rental industry or a related mobility sector is a major advantage;
- Proven P&L management and expertise in fleet, pricing, sales, and operations;
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus;
- Willing to travel across Belgium and attend international meetings;
- Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality, commercial drive, and strong financial insight.
