Your job

We are looking for a Product-Service strategist that combines business skills with User-centric design. You will be working on design projects that range from shaping future services to delivering digital products. While working on those projects, you need to ensure the best fit in terms of desirability (people), feasibility (technology), sustainability and viability (business). You will help our customers turn their biggest, wildest ideas into businesses with long-term viability.

Depending on your expertise and your affinities, your day-to-day can encompass the following:
1. Discovery & Research
- Engage stakeholders (NL/FR/UK) to articulate problems and define project vision/goals.
- Setup and conduct user research activities to find the real problems and opportunities.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative output.
- Synthesize data from various sources to identify strategic opportunities and champion effective solutions.
- Consolidate and visualize key learnings and evangelize user behavior to help clients better understand where they should focus their efforts.

2. Design
- Translate insights gathered from research and client input into deliverables such as: wireframes, user flows, sketches, customer journey’s, service blueprints & interaction specifications.
- Craft experiences with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision etc. is a plus.
- Manage UX project deliverables and outcomes together with an interdisciplinary team of experts.
- Iterate on design solutions using both qualitative and quantitative data
- Be the voice of reason and work towards solutions that suit the client, their end-users, and business goals.
- Work in agile software development projects to turn concepts into real products and services.

3. Facilitation
- Guide, support, and unlock the potential of a team and its members through facilitation
- Be able to organize, plan and lead engaging workshops both in-person and remotely.
- Encourage data-backed decisions and provide examples
- Demonstrate expertise in online facilitation tools like Miro/Mural.
- Knowledge and experience of existing workshops recipes like the Design Sprint and Lightning Decision Jam.
- Translate workshop output into design deliverables.
