Application Manager Position
- Hays is looking for an Application Manager for one of our clients in Brussels._
**The role you will take**:
- You write user manuals, provide necessary documentation on your systems, and organize information sessions.
- You handle the problem resolution of the systems you manage.
- You support the Product Manager and Project Managers in their analysis and the development of new functionalities.
**Your profile**:
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
- You can explain things in a clear manner to others and have experience in documentation and reporting.
- You have a general knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software development.
- You have a basic knowledge of databases.
- You work meticulously and accurately.
- You are reliable and adapt flexibly to unexpected situations, changes, and stressful circumstances.
- You have a positive mindset, work efficiently and goal-oriented.
- You can communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
