**Job Opportunity - Site Manager (Logistics)**

A fast-growing company specializing in the distribution of frozen food products to professionals in the food industry is looking for an experienced **Site Manager** to lead operations at one of its logistics sites. Known for product quality, reliability of delivery, and a strong focus on digital transformation, the company is expanding and structuring for long-term growth.

**Mission**:
The Site Manager oversees all logístical operations on site, directly managing two Warehouse Supervisors and coordinating all inbound and outbound flows. Acting as the operational right-hand to upper management, they are expected to anticipate growth, structure the teams and processes, and ensure daily operational excellence. They are also responsible for the site’s infrastructure and overall performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Organization**
- Lead, coach, and develop two supervisors and their teams (drivers, warehouse staff, order pickers).
- Organize work schedules, track overtime and compensatory time, and manage leave planning.
- Serve as an effective bridge between management and field teams.

**Operational Oversight**
- Ensure smooth daily logistics operations: inbound, outbound, order preparation, and returns.
- Guarantee that all tasks are completed by the end of each working day - no carry-overs.
- Manage urgent matters and make real-time decisions on priorities, customer issues, and investments.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety across the site.

**Performance & Continuous Improvement**
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs: productivity, breakage, delivery lead times, route efficiency, etc.
- Optimize delivery routes and storage space.
- Actively contribute to the **digitalization of logistics tools and processes**.
- Implement continuous improvement plans to support business growth.

**Site & Technical Management**
- Oversee all technical equipment on site: cold storage units, loading docks, vehicle fleet.
- Ensure proper maintenance, servicing, and technical investments are carried out.

**Profile**:

- University degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum **6 to 8 years** of experience in a similar role, including team management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Hands-on and results-oriented.
- Proficient with logistics IT tools and ERP systems.
- Flexibility and personal commitment are key.

Pay: €4.500,00 - €5.000,00 per month
