Role Overview As our Customer Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our customer experience—owning the entire order lifecycle from first click to final delivery. You’ll ensure every order is processed flawlessly, every invoice is spot-on, and every customer feels heard. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, loves solving problems, and builds bridges across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Order Mastery: Accurately enter and track customer orders, ensuring zero errors and on-time delivery. Customer Champion: Provide rapid, accurate responses to internal/external customer inquiries. Back-Order Detective: Proactively resolve back-orders, allocation bottlenecks, and batch reservations. Financial Accuracy: Generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure seamless payment processing. Complaint Resolution: Own customer complaints end-to-end—resolve issues fast, report root causes, and prevent recurrence. Logistics Liaison: Coordinate deliveries daily with logistics partners in Belgium and Germany. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Partner with sales, supply chain, and finance teams on projects and process improvements. Team Player: Actively contribute to team meetings and training sessions to drive collective success. Must-Have Capabilities Customer-First Mindset: Build trust with internal/external stakeholders through proactive communication. Crystal-Clear Communication: Distill complex issues into simple, actionable updates. Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly across departments to deliver results. Process Innovator: Spot inefficiencies and champion solutions that stick. Required Expertise Languages: Fluent in Dutch (NL), French (FR), and English (EN). Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, SAP, EDI, and ARIBA. Previous experience required with SAP SD model (Sales and Distribution) Why joining us?
