Our client is an innovative American multinational shaking up the automotive chemicals industry. With manufacturing hubs in Belgium, France and Spain and a global reach spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond, we’re looking for an **ERP & Database Specialist** to be the IT backbone at our Sint-Niklaas factory.

**What You’ll Do**
- **ERP Mastery**: Manage and troubleshoot our legacy IFS system while prepping for a future upgrade.
- **Data Expertise**: Develop SQL scripts, reports, and PowerBI dashboards that drive business decisions.
- **IT Support**: Be the go-to problem solver for on-site hardware, software, and network challenges.
- **Process Builder**: Document workflows and create clear structures for success.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with global IT teams to streamline operations and deliver results.

**What You Bring**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in database management and ERP systems.
- **Tech Skills**: Advanced SQL and RDBMS knowledge; PowerBI experience is a must. Familiarity with IFS and Oracle? A big plus
- **Languages**: English (B2+); Dutch and French is a bonus.
- **Mindset**: Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable — you thrive on solving problems and bringing order to chaos.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Pay: €50.000,00 - €60.000,00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgique: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Database Administration: 2 years (required)
