**ABOUT SWOOVE**: Intelligent Internet Machines (trading as "Swoove Studios") is an entertainment software company at the intersection of storytelling and 3D Animation. We build products that blend the best of both worlds with disruptive ideas designed to expand fun and creativity in unexpected new ways. We have developed a real-time, 3D-animation creation platform for mobile using its proprietary technology. Our mission is to democratise 3D animation and to provide an easy-to-use toolset that empowers anyone to express themselves. We make easy, swipe-based, real-time, 3D animation available to all. **OUR MISSION**: Swoove is a unique place for people to create fun, shareable, viral content. It makes 3D animation available to ANYONE, in real-time, using just a few swipes. Our Mobile Virtual Studio will enable anyone to create and watch cool 3D-animated content which they can share with their friends across different social media platforms. Creators will personalize and animate their unique avatar and will allow them to create their own dance routines without having to put themselves on camera. At Swoove you will be part of a team whose mission is to “Democratise 3D-Animation”, to release the inner storyteller that exists in all of us and help transform the way people express themselves online **Responsibilities**: - This is a Part-time position with 16 Hours/week contract, reporting into the CEO - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization - Nurture a positive working environment - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management - Help to build a team mentality that supports and champions our Core Values **Requirements**: **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: - Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive - People oriented and results driven - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company **Benefits** **BENEFITS**: - Flexible working conditions (remote/hybrid/schedule) - Competitive salary - Fast moving start-up company with a lot of professional growth potential - Strong relationship between Management and individual teams, enabling anyone to contribute towards the company’s strategy
