We are looking a a Fulfilment and POD Manager to join our team based in Brussels, London, Dusseldorf or Amsterdam.
You will be a strong people manager, highly organised and collaborative with a minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain.
OFG (Fulfilment) - 50% (1 analyst to manage)
- Responsible of the allocation of on-hand inventory to customer orders, following allocation priorities.
- Review allocation and publication strategies based on customer/ DC needs.
- Ensure that customer service level agreements are met within the agreed service guidelines.
- Service guidelines include: order types, customer prioritization, shipping windows for seasonal products, delivery date, fill rates, stock reservations and release according to shipment parameters.
- Collaborates with the various functions (distribution, OTC, finance, Inv, Mngm etc.) to optimize allocation and deliveries of the right product, at the right time, to the right customers to assure that financial sales targets are reached.
- Implement processes and measurements to support the necessary enhancement to customer order fulfillment. Reporting weekly / monthly allocation rates and risks vs plans and support Sales organization.
- Maintains the distribution network/mapping in the system and reviews with OCIM lead on ad hoc basis.
POD - 50% (3 analysts to manage)
- Supervise timely issuance and reconciliation of all Production Orders in regional affiliate ERP systems (e.g. SAP-AFS) to meet KPI’s.
- Supervise the revision all global production PO's accordingly and ensure optimized transport modes in function of Service level and cost.
- Balancing the right decisions between business needs, vendor requests and transportation constraints.
- Support ship risks analysis and assist regional Inventory Managers with prioritization/ escalation/revision requests to Global Supply Planning/Sourcing Teams/Vendors.
- Liaise with stakeholders (logistics, production, DC, CIM) in order to reach the best service levels within deadlines.
- Lead the DC Light Touch (x-dock) program and seek continuous improvement to optimize and enable the growth of light touch year on year.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years experience in Supply Chain, whether inventory management, Demand Planning or Order Fulfilment
- A strong people manager with excellent influencing skills
- A positive outlook and strong work ethic
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Detail orientated and able to work independently
- A love of denim
