** Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als management assistant sta je in voor een goede verwelkoming van klanten. Je hebt een uitlopend takenpakket: inplannen van afspraken, facturatie, ingeven van offertes, plaatsen van bestellingen, aanvragen van vergunningen en zo verder. Ad hoc kunnen er nog andere administratieve taken bijkomen.
**Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn?**
Als perfecte kandidaat voor deze gevarieerde job beschik je over een bachelordiploma en eerste relevante werkervaring. Je bent nauwkeurig en werkt graag zelfstandig en gestructureerd. Je beschikt over een goede kennis Nederlands en Frans en kan vlot overweg met een computer.
