Then we welcome you to the CAE team, the core competence team of Atlas Copco Compressor Technique focused on thermal, flow and structural simulations. You participate in developing the domain of fluid dynamics and thermal analyses. You remain up to date with the state of the art and identify opportunities to improve and/or expand our calculation models and tools. In all projects, a customer-focused approach is crucial. You promote the use of CFD technology in your day-to-day contact with internal customers. You communicate clearly on the capabilities and limitations of simulations. You make sure that the client is aware of your findings, so that they can impact the design where needed. You report to the team lead of the CAE team and will work hybrid on our site in Wilrijk. **To succeed, you will need** - Master of Engineering Science or Master of Science / a PhD or research experience in the domain - Experience with fluid dynamics and CFD simulations - You have some affinity with programming - Passion for technical challenges and a strong interest in research **In return, we offer you** You will work in an enthusiastic, international team with a high level of expertise.
