**Detailed Competencies & Requirements**:

- Support on SAP incidents and provide timely resolutions within the SLA.
- Support on Problem tickets and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) closure within the SLA.
- Identify new continuous improvements in collaboration with different functional areas.
- Perform optimization activities.
- Support on major incidents and crisis.
- Conduct knowledge transitions and cross-skilling within the team.
- Collaborate with the customer and team in an agile manner.
- Support on developments/project requirements.
- Mentor juniors and provide knowledge transitions.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
- **General Experience**: Minimum 7-8 or more years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
- **ISU Device Management Experience**: Minimum 4-5 years of SAP ISU Device Management experience.
- **Configuration Experience**: Minimum 1 year of SAP ISU Device Management configuration experience.
- **Knowledge Areas**:

- SAP ISU Data Model
- Energy Data Management
- SAP ISU processes
- ABAP experience
- **Specific Process Experience**: Worked on Meter reading order creation, Meter reading, Billing, Device Installation, Workflows, Idoc, Switch Process.

**Good-to-Have Qualifications**
- SAP IS-Utilities Experience

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €400,00 per day

**Experience**:

- SAP ISU Switching : 4 years (preferred)
