**What’s the job about**:Responsible for Security coordination in Belgium and QHSES coordination + support (digital) activities for the QHSES organization in the Benelux.

Main tasks:

- Responsible for day-to-day security coordination & follow-up in Belgium;
- Develop security reporting tools;
- Coordination of Security suppliers (aligned with Procurement department);
- Improve BE security procedures and processes;
- Perform risk assessments various branches;
- Support the Security Manager Benelux to obtain Tapa certification;
- Maintain the AEO security licenses;
- Attend / monitor/execute internal / external security audits;
- Report status and progress of audit results and audit actions to key stake holders of the audits;
- Monitor and manage the BE security quality documents for validity and correctness;
- Coordinate further development of digital quality tools (functionalities, easy access, training,) and central quality systems coordination;
- Improve the QHSES digital tools to increase efficiency within QHSES group and operations;
- Give introduction and training sessions for the QHSES tools;
- Responsible for QHSES dashboard development coordination;
- Responsible for the AQUA KPI module promotion and development coordination.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Good verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English;
- General experienced in QHSES aspects, specific Security experience is advantage;
- Wide experience in coordinating (QHSES) digital tools (usage, development, promotion, training,);
- Knowledge / certificate of TAPA Freight
- and Transport Security Requitements (FSR/TSR) is an advantage;
- Certificate Security Manager EU 2015/1998 is advantage;
- Strong digitial skills and interests;
- Experience for modern QHSES technology is an advantage.
