Voor een werkgever in Brussel-West, een ICT consultancybedrijf, zijn we op zoek naar een interne Talent Acquisition / ICT Recruitment Consultant.

Als ICT Recruitment Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aanwerving van alle aanvragen voor hun lopende en nieuwe projecten.

Je voert de taken van A-Z uit.

Jouw taken zijn o.a.;
- De juiste profielen zoeken aan de hand van de inkomende opdrachten
- Screenen, interviewen, kwalificeren en voorstellen in samenspraak met de Recruitment Manager en/of Business Manager.
- De kwalitatieve opvolging van kandidaten, lopende contacten en interviews.

**Requirements**:

- Je hebt een hogere opleiding gevolgd die je aanvult met minstens 2 jaar ervaring in werving & selectie in ICT.
- Deze ervaring heb je idealiter opgedaan in rekruteringskantoren en/of servicebedrijven.
- Sociale media kanalen hebben voor jou geen geheimen meer en je hebt een vlotte pen om aantrekkelijke advertenties op te maken.
- Je bent tweetalig FR/NL hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent proactief ingesteld en komt zelf met verbeteringsvoorstellen af.
- Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met de kandidaten en interne contactpersonen.
- Je bent pragmatische ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
- Klantgerichtheid en Team Spirit draag je hoog in het vaandel
