As the Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a company-wide Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, which is the core focus of your role. However, your responsibilities will extend far beyond this, encompassing various structural improvement projects aimed at enhancing our supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. You will develop KPI scorecards, implement service level measurements, improve master data quality, coordinate portfolio management, optimize our MRP processes, etc. In this pivotal role, you will help shape our growing company's supply chain capabilities, ensuring alignment between demand and supply, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- S&OP Implementation:

- Lead the development and implementation of a robust, company-wide S&OP process.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
- Facilitate regular S&OP meetings to ensure alignment and address any discrepancies.
- Lead structural Improvement Projects:

- Develop and implement KPI scorecards to monitor and drive supply chain performance.
- Establish and monitor service level measurements to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery reliability.
- Lead initiatives to improve the quality and accuracy of master data within the supply chain.
- Design and implement advanced data analytics dashboards to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.
- Conduct data and process assessments to identify areas for improvement and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Optimize our beer portfolio.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the supply chain.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the organization.

Your ingredients:

- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent by experience.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience leading S&OP processes and improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- APICS certification (a plus).
- Knowledge of Power BI (a plus).
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain management.
