**De functie inhoud**:
**Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als Learning & Development Specialist regio Gent?**
- Ontwerpen van op maat gemaakte **loopbaantrajecten **ter ondersteuning van onze groei, met een focus op talentontwikkeling
- Met jouw strategisch inzicht stel je **opleidingen **op die zowel de behoeften van medewerkers als strategische doelen ondersteunen
- Beheer en optimalisatie van ons L**earning Management System,** inclusief de planning, coördinatie en opvolgingen van verschillende opleidingen
- Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op verschillende** VMA-locaties**:

- Je draagt **verantwoordelijkheid **voor het gehele L&D proces
- Kritisch **evalueren en optimaliseren** van onze huidige processen waar nodig
- Beheren en aanvragen van **subsidies **en het** budget voor L&D**:

- Zorgen voor de **administratie en opvolging** van alle opleidingen

- Je bent in het bezit van een **bachelorsdiploma**:

- Je hebt aantoonbare **expertise in Learning & Development**:

- Van talenkennis ben je vlot in het **Nederlands, Frans en Engels**:

- Je beschikt over **duidelijke en constructieve communicatie en organisatorische** vaardigheden
