Job Introduction **Daily Activities & Responsibilities**: - Assist in administrative tasks such as issuing POs - Help organize and follow up on safety trainings for employees - Maintain and organize safety files at contract level - Support updates to our SharePoint platform, especially the HSE Hub - Schedule appointments with our external partner Attentia and update employee records in their system - Provide translation assistance during visits to French-speaking sites - Review and double-check French documents for correct grammar and clarity **Requirements**: - Mandatory: Fluent in French - Additionally: Good command of either English or Dutch - Basic digital skills, especially in SharePoint and Office 365 - Willingness to support a variety of tasks and learn about QHSE topics **A message from Tony Wilson, Recruitment Director - Europe.** "We seek out brilliant individuals with the passion and drive to build exceptional skills and experience.
