Epc - Qms Manager

Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, un QMS Manager pour une durée minimum de 10 mois en Belgique (40).
Temps partiel (50%) pour la business line Energy Transition.
- Gérer le SMQ ISO 9001:2015 = Assurer la conformité à la norme en tenant à jour le manuel, en planifiant et en réalisant des audits internes avec des auditeurs formés et en suivant les suggestions d'amélioration, en réalisant les revues de direction et en réalisant des audits externes.
- Gérer le SME ISO 14001:2015 = Assurer la conformité à la norme en réalisant des audits de surveillance ; assurer le suivi des actions correctives et des suggestions d'amélioration ; travailler au respect des engagements environnementaux du comité ESG ; et travailler au respect des engagements du groupe ESS.
- QMS & EMS : Planifier et organiser la certification externe ou les audits de surveillance en tant qu'entreprise PC, et partager le rapport en mettant l'accent sur les aspects critiques.
- SGQ : maintenir un groupe d'auditeurs formés en coordination avec l'entreprise de solutions énergétiques en utilisant les ressources de l'entreprise SIPP.)
- SGQ ET SGE : Participer aux audits des clients, présenter les caractéristiques du système et répondre à toutes les questions relatives au système.
- QMS & EMS : Planifier et organiser les audits internes avec la direction, planifier les rapports internes en se concentrant sur les aspects critiques.
- QMS & EMS : Planifier et organiser les revues de direction annuelles en étroite collaboration avec la direction, coordonner les réunions, rédiger le rapport et partager toutes les conclusions avec la direction.
- QMS & EMS : Assurer le suivi de toutes les actions d'amélioration et de correction ainsi que des actions transversales.
- QMS & EMS : Maintenir la bibliothèque SharePoint du système à la fois en termes de contenu (en étroite collaboration) et de structure du site : Veiller à ce que nos exigences environnementales soient communiquées aux parties prenantes (y compris les fournisseurs).
- SGE : Intégrer dans le système les engagements environnementaux et les missions de l'ESG (ESG Business Officer) ainsi que du HSE Corporate.
**PROFIL**
- Organisation, coordination, suivi, prise de notes, reporting (rédaction), identification des critères.
- Diplomatie et écoute, patience, persuasion
- Animer des réunions, prendre la parole, présenter le système et répondre aux auditeurs externes, aux clients et à la direction.
- Être structuré et organisé
- Expérience dans un environnement industriel ou dans la gestion de projets industriels
- Expérience dans le domaine de la qualité organisationnelle, voire formation/expérience en ISO9001
- Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office et de SharePoint Online
- Excellente connaissance de l'anglais et du français (parler, comprendre, lire et écrire).
