We are committed to continued growth while aligning to a scalable ‘one Dstny’ vision.Project Overview We are excited to launch a new strategic initiative, ODOS, which is set to kick off soon. Within this program, we are driving towards a One Dstny Operating System (ODOS) supporting Belgian and European operations and managing the replacement of legacy systems with core technology solutions. ODOS is a company-wide initiative aiming to harmonize our customer journeys, product portfolios, and technology across the Dstny Group. Position Overview: You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with a product owner, project manager, and solution designer, backed by an internal team of both backend and frontend developers. You won’t just focus on general business processes, but also delve into specific product-related processes, ensuring these are harmoniously connected to create a cohesive operational framework. **Role Responsibilities**: - Conduct **thorough analysis **of business processes and systems. - Identify and docume**nt business requirements** and translate them into **functional specifications**. **Collaborate with Product & Technology teams**: Work closely with our Product & Technology organization to ensure that customer journeys and product requirements are perfectly aligned to achieve an end-to-end solution. - Support the development and maintenance of detailed project plans,** ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.**Perform data **analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. - Create and present** reports, **dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders. **Monitor and evaluate** the effectiveness of implemented solutions, adjusting as necessary. **Stay up to date **with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. **Engage in Agile Practices**: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to contribute to a cohesive and efficient development process. **Work with Product Owners**: Collaborate with Product Owners to align on the "what" and "why" of the development tasks, ensuring that the product meets business goals and user needs. - **Coordinate with UX Experts**: Interface with UX designers and use tools like Figma to maintain design consistency.
