**Wat je gaat doen**:
Gebouwen zijn verantwoordelijk voor 40 procent van het wereldwijde energieverbruik. Energiebeheer is daarom een belangrijk aandachtspunt voor de projecteigenaar.
Wij bieden een gebouwgeïntegreerde oplossing die de energieprestaties aanzienlijk verbetert. Onze gebouwbeheersystemen verhogen tegelijkertijd de productiviteit in het gebouw. Mensen hebben controle per kamer. Op deze manier wordt een optimaal binnenklimaat gecreëerd, waarin zoveel mogelijk mensen comfortabel kunnen verblijven en werken.
**Als Account Manager** vervul je een sleutelrol binnen de afdeling en is je hoofdtaak het beheren en verder uitbouwen van onze eindklantenportefeuille, met een focus op renovatieprojecten en nieuwe contracten. onderhoud in de verticale markten waarin Johnson Controls actief is Bedieningsorganen (kantoorgebouwen, zorginstellingen, universiteiten, etc.).
**Hoe je het gaat doen**:
- Zakelijke doelstellingen en geplande bedrijfsdoelen behalen
- Het bestaande klantenbestand beheren, de toekomstige uitbreiding ervan bewerkstelligen en een omzetstijging genereren
- Actieve prospectie en werving van nieuwe klanten
- Nauwe samenwerking met onze interne dienst (sales support) en onze implementatieafdeling
- Advies, opstellen en bewaken van offertes in het CRM-systeem
- Productdemonstraties, trainingen/presentaties verzorgen
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en gericht op cross-selling
- De Account Manager (m/v) rapporteert aan de Sales Manager van de afdeling BeLux BMS/Fire&Security.
- De standplaats van de functie is Groot-Bijgaarden, maar u bent vooral actief bij uw cliënten “onderweg” in Vlaanderen.
