**Healthcare Software Tester in a SCRUM team**

Focusing on Connectivity, RIS & Scheduling

(Verification and Validation Engineer)

Verification and Validation of Products and Solutions developed in a scrum team according to the acceptance criteria. The scrum team in question supports multiple products covered RIS, Connectivity using Healthcare standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR) and Healthcare Scheduling.

**Responsibilities**

As a **Verification & Validation Engineer** in a scrum team you are responsible for:

- Defining the test strategy & coverage for items developed in the scrum team
- Pro-active communication towards the stakeholders on the quality of the product
- Following V&V procedures to provide qualitative and valuable records
- Set up the needed test environments
- Performing manual tests to provide the needed testing coverage
- Coordinate the needed validation of new features developed in the scrum team
- Together with development looking into the current automation coverage and define the needed automation coverage
- Be the strong voice of quality in the team

**Qualifications**
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a software tester or in the Healthcare IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of PACS/RIS, medical imaging and workflows
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare Standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR)
- Knowledge of vmware, linux, windows server systems is a plus
- You are a problem solver
- You understand scrum & like to work in scrum
- You have no issue to be the strong voice of quality in the team
- You are focused on customer satisfaction
- You have good communication skills (written and oral)
- You are diplomatic and results oriented
- You are a self learner.
- You have a good knowledge of English.
