Je bent werkzaam als juridisch/fiscaal specialist binnen de groep CORM CLS met het Wealth cliënteel als bevoorrecht domein en waar je het Single Point of Contact voor bent binnen CLS. Door je bekwaamheid in het analyseren van dossiers, je steun aan hiërarchie en comités alsook het coachen van de verschillende CLS groepen, zorg je ervoor dat de wettelijke, fiscale en compliance risico’s onder controle zijn binnen CLS.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheersen van de compliance, wettelijke en fiscale risico’s in het bijzonder voor het Wealth cliënteel (privé en professioneel) binnen CLS.

Je belangrijkste taak bestaat uit diepgaande analyses, supervisie en beslissen over het CORM CLS standpunt in kredietdossiers met een specifieke/complexe witwas, fiscale en/of reputatie problematiek. Voor de complexe Wealth kredietdossiers, adviseer je de bevoegde comités, het management, senior management, de medewerkers CLS en het net.

Je team bestaat uit specialisten compliance, fraude, operationele risico’s en jouw rol hierin is als juridisch en fiscaal expert/contactpersoon op te treden zowel voor de medewerkers CLS als voor de andere interne departementen en het commercieel net, Wealth gerelateerd op het vlak van witwassen, fiscale fraude en naleving van de wettelijke bepalingen in het algemeen.

Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit : analyse en adviesverstrekking van kredietdossiers, informeren en vormen van alle stakeholders (comitéleden, kredietanalisten, commerciëlen), coachen van de CLS groepen en afhankelijk van de noden deelnemen aan werkgroepen.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent:

- met een masterdiploma rechten met bijkomende opleiding fiscaliteit
- die tweetalig is(Nederlands/Frans)
- die uitstekende communicatievaardigheden heeft en bekwaam om technische concepten duidelijk over te brengen alsook met vertrouwen deel te nemen aan high level gesprekken
- een analytische geest heeft en zin voor synthese
- die pragmatisch is rekening houdend met het cliënteel en de business
- die in staat is een standpunt te verdedigen bij hoge commerciële druk
- een gezonde dosis teamspirit

Je scoort extra met:

- kennis van het Engels
- al een eerste relevante beroepservaring (Credit Risk Management, Kredietanalyse, Wealth management)
