**Overview**:
Java Backend Developer with 10+ years of experience, expertise in Java8+, Springboot, Microservices, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker.

**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end focus during development
- Maintenance tasks after the project goes live
- Ability to derive and summarize key points from analyses

**Must Have Skills**:

- At least 10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Java8 or higher, Springboot, Microservices, Web Services/REST/SOAP, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git concepts, Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE, Maven, Jenkins, Docker concept
- Experience with Azure deployment, repository management, and code review within CICD processes
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and spoken knowledge of English

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working in a large corporate organization
- Banking experience
- Good Agile experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player
