**Je rol als Supervisor**
Als Supervisor volg je de activiteiten binnen onze **Additive Manufacturing (AM) en Machining**op. Met een ploeg van zo’n 15 medewerkers zorg je dat alle orders vlot, veilig en in topkwaliteit worden afgewerkt.
**Jij bent dé spil** in het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van het team. Je organiseert en stroomlijnt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en veiligheid altijd vooropstaan bij het printen en afwerken van industriële en medische stukken.
**Samen met je collega’s** bouw je aan een cultuur van operationele excellentie en continue verbetering. Je motiveert en ontwikkelt je team via coaching, feedback en groeigesprekken, en stimuleert hen om steeds een stap verder te gaan. Dankzij jouw aanpak herken je verbeterkansen en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties die écht resultaat opleveren.
Je werkt nauw samen met afdelingen zoals Quality, Logistics, Planning, Procurement en Engineering om knelpunten weg te werken en processen te optimaliseren. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat materiaal en machines altijd beschikbaar zijn, zodat de productie vlot blijft draaien.

Met jouw technische achtergrond en ervaring in de productieomgeving combineer je kennis van machines en processen met een sterk gevoel voor mensen. Je motiveert, coacht en verbindt je team zodat je samen resultaten boekt. Je blijft tegelijk scherp op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels en dankzij je hands-on aanpak kun je snel schakelen en oplossingen vinden die werken.
