**Your tasks**
- Interact and validate requirements with the business;
- Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an indepth understanding of a specific business domain (see skills);
- Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
- Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint;
- Involved in the decision making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints;
- Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
- Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects / bugs.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in IT web development projects;
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMI,PM2);
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in project planning tools (e.g. MS Project);
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in Agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, etc.);
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence or Gitlab;
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in web development;
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in relational databases;
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in translating user needs into technical requirements;
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience in web services (e.g., SOAP, REST);
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlikview, Superset);
- Minimum 2 years’ of experience in managing technical teams;
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;
- Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user and technologies information systems;
- One of the following certifications is mandatory: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or SAFe Product Owner or equivalent;
- Any of the following certifications would be considered as an asset: ITIL certification above ITIL foundation (or equivalent), Project management certification such as Prince2, PM² (or equivalent);
- Excellent command of the English language.
