You have:

- A passion for logistics.
- A bachelor or master degree in a logistics direction (eg Logistics Management, Engineering Science-Traffic-Logistics,...) or an engineering degree.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Experience with a logistics supply chain.
- Strong computer skills (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Visio, ).
- A service-oriented attitude and can easily build a network
- Experience in Lean Management.

You communicate fluently in English, both in writing and orally. Knowledge of Dutch is an added value.

You are analytical and have a problem-solving approach.
You think “outside the box” & can translate complex process descriptions in a simple, understandable way.
You can communicate clearly and build trust throughout the organization.
You succeed in creating involvement with stakeholders.

**Je verantwoordelijkheden**

Within our distribution center in Winterslag (Genk) you are responsible for:

- The development and optimization of the local logistics processes.
- Supporting the organization in further automation of administrative and logistics

processes.
- Identifying possible improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- The implementation of these improvements and projects by working together with managers and specialists.
- Leading or participating in certain projects and working groups.
- Analyzing the logístical processes, writing clear reports & formulating advice in function of productivity, efficiency and cost control.
- Optimizing the warehouse layout and implementing and following up necessary changes.
- Keeping the process documentation up to date (process descriptions, working methods, job descriptions, measurement specifications, training

materials, ).
