- You own the management reporting cycle including the monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and profitability analyses, and translate the numbers into clear recommendations for the CEO and the steering committee
- You lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, develop the strategic KPI dashboards and manage the cost price calculations and inventory follow-up
- You lead, coach and develop a small team of two and ensure the smooth running of the accounting function
- You partner closely with production, purchasing and sales to challenge performance and identify cost and margin optimization levers
- You contribute to the strategic plan and play an active role in the implementation of a new ERP You are the financial co-pilot of the CEO and the reference for anything that connects production, costs and commercial performance.
Your profile
as Finance Manager
- Master in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or audit, ideally in food manufacturing or a similar industrial environment
- Fluent in French and English, with good knowledge of Dutch
- Strong command of Excel and BI tools is a strong plus Offer
- Salary between €80.000 and €90.000 gross per year, depending on experience
- Company car and fuel card
