**Essential Skills**:

- Experience of 10-15 years in PSFT Admin.
- Installation of PeopleSoft 2-tier / 3-tier / n-tier architecture on UNIX / NT Platforms using different Oracle Database versions.
- PeopleSoft Installation and patches installation of People Tools and Tuxedo and WebLogic.
- Should be able to do Database Refresh, Cloning, Backups and Recovery.
- Should be able to do Upgrades of People Tools/Tuxedo/WebLogic.
- Should be able to do Upgrade of PeopleSoft Application (HCM, FSCM, CS).
- Should be capable of fetching and understanding various Logs/Trace files.
- Strong Hands-on experience on Integration Broker configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of AWS.
- Should be able to create new step functions/ debug the existing step functions (AWS cloud native)
- Should have E1 Functional knowledge of Absence Management.
