As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Business Consultant to join our team of consultants. Someone that likes to transform customer challenges into fantastic solutions. Equipped with a love for technology, a good understanding of business logic and a sense of customer centricity, you will play a fundamental role in the onboarding of our customers and keeping them happy for a lifetime.
Role Description
- End-to-end responsibility over the implementation of our managed services offering
- Think along with the company and share your ideas and thoughts Skills and Experience
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
- Passion for digital transformation and business processes
- Positive attitude, empathy and high energy
- Great time management skills with the ability to manage several ongoing projects
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Creative and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English, German or French is a plus What you can expect from us
