Join our dynamic HR team and lead our efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring we build a workforce that drives our company's success. **Your role** - Be in charge of managing all recruitment processes and strategies within a small but efficient Talent Acquisition team (you and a Talent Acquisition partner). - For a part of our business (distribution), manage the recruitment and selection process from A to Z, collaborating with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders. - Outline employer branding initiatives in line with company expectations and lead projects to develop creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges. - Proactively manage talent pools for strategic profiles. - Develop metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of various attraction tools and channels. - Oversee Talent Acquisition vendors, including contracts and invoice processes. - Manage change and ensure the perfect use of all talent acquisition processes within SuccessFactors. - Plan and execute diversity & inclusion activities related to Talent Attraction & Acquisition - Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and GDPR regulations in all recruitment activities **Your profile** - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 5-7 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Dutch, French, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent presentation, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
