Recently we set up a collaboration with the Belgian R&D group Octinion. Priva and Octionion merged horticultural robotic activities under the flag of Priva Kompano. To help us grow our business and to bridge the gap between Priva and the new venture, we are looking for a Recuiter/HR Business Partner.
**How you add value**
As Recruiter/ HR Business Partner you will bridge the gap between Priva and the new venture, so our Belgium colleagues feel welcome and connected. You will also recruit new colleagues to work for us in Belgium. Next, you make sure company policies are executed correctly. Furthermore you work together with your HR colleagues in The Netherlands on projects and on continuous improvement and optimization of company policies and HR processes.
**Who you are**
- or herself in the following:
- You like working independently;
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as Recruiter in a technical environment;
- No problems with working independently;
- Experience with combining your work with operational HR works;
- You are a sparring partner for your remote team members and for the managers you support. You are a good listener, who knows when to intervene;
- You have extensive knowledge of Belgium legislation and a network to recruit in Belgium;
- You are intrinsically motivated, used to work in a fast-paced organization and feel connected with Priva’s mission and vision.
- You are a true self-starter, down to earth, positive and have a strong drive for improvement;
- No problems whatsoever with spoken and written Dutch and English;
- You are available for 24 hours per week for 6 months.
