**Mission** Monizze is a fast growing fintech company, with a great entrepreneurial culture and a digital "scale-up" spirit. The mission of the Tech Lead is to lead an agile development team composed of 2 to 4 people, while taking part to the development effort with the team. The Tech Lead is responsible for the deliverables from a technical point of view in close collaboration with the Product Owner who is responsible of the deliverables from a business point of view. **Responsibilities** - Translate the business requirements / user stories defined by the PO into technical tasks - Follow-up and lead the technical design of the solutions put in place by the team - Ensure that all the code produced by the team is efficient, testable, and reusable code - Ensure that all project work is reviewed and meets quality & accuracy requirements - Participate to the development with the team the he/she leads - As the technical leader of the team, adopt a lead by example behavior - Experience leading software development team (**must have**) - Experience with relational databases, data modeling and SQL **(must have)**: - Knowledge / experience with front-end development with a modern framework **(must have)**: - Experience with unit testing and regression testing **(**must have) - Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle **(must have)**: - Familiar with versioning tools (GIT, Gitlab or bitbucket) **(**must have) - Able to use day to day tools like git, composer, REST, json, postman, mysql/mariadb, docker **(**must have) - Experience with enterprise software architecture and architectural patterns **(must have)**: - Understanding of design patterns **(**must have) - Has worked with Agile / Scrum methodology **(**must have) - Good leadership while being capable of doing him-/her-self - Lead by example mindset **(must have)**: - People management skills (**shoud** have) - Self-starter mentality and good communication skills **(**the more the better) - Flexible - can adapt him/her-self to the context in terms of content and effort **(**the more the better) - Organized and highly technical, multi-tasking and attention to detail **(**the more the better) - Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently while focusing on project details, timely delivery, and system quality. **(**the more the better) - Authentically curious, loving learning and improving himself **(**the more the better) - Eager to help out others and share knowledge **(**the more the better) - Result oriented. **(**the more the better) - Fully fluent in English (**must have**) Is considered an advantage: - Worked as a team leader in the Financial sector (e.g. particular payments) **(**nice to have) - Experience in Laravel framework **(**should have) - Some basic knowledge of VueJS framework **(nice to have)**: - Knowledge/Xp with of AWS **(**nice to have) - Knowledge/Xp of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm infrastructure. **(**nice to have)
