Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative **Marketing and Design Specialist** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating visually appealing designs, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and contribute to the overall success of our company. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and target key audiences. - Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Create visually appealing & impactful designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, social media posts, and website graphics. - Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation. - Handle, Monitor and analyze website & digital marketing performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for optimization. - Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers, printers, and vendors, to facilitate project execution. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Fluent in English, any additional European language - Proven experience in marketing strategy development, graphic design, and content creation. - Proficient in graphic design software, such as Photoshop & illustrator. - Strong experience with Word press - Strong creativity and ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment **Our company**: Satellite Industries is the world’s largest supplier of products in the portable toilet industry including toilets, service units and deodorizers.
