**Are you an experienced Steel Structure Supervisor looking to make a significant impact on a major greenfield petrochemical project in Europe?**
**SITEC Quality Group** is seeking a highly qualified professional for a long-term assignment in **Antwerp**, a key location in Europe’s energy and petrochemical landscape. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, international team during the construction phase of a strategically important industrial facility.
**Location**: Antwerp, Belgium
**Start Date**: ASAP **Contract**: Employment or Freelance
**Duration:12**months （with potential extension）
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all steel structure works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with **EN 1090-2** standards and **EU Regulation No. 305/2011(Construction Products Regulation - CPR)**.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, quality, HSE, and construction management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in progress and coordination meetings.
- Solid experience in supervising **steel structure installation** on complex industrial or petrochemical projects.
- In-depth knowledge of **EN 1090-2** and European construction compliance standards （CPR）.
- Fluent in **English** （spoken and written）.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Antwerp (Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day).
