Je helpt het team met ondersteunende taken.
**De job in een notendop**
- Je registreert alle documenten ontvangen onder documentaire kredieten en documentaire incasso's en maakt een overzicht van het soort documenten per set (factuur, transport document, verzekering...).
- Je scant alle documenten ontvangen onder documentaire kredieten en documentaire incasso's
- Je stuurt een pre-advies van de binnengekomen documentaire kredieten en de wijzigingen daarop naar onze klanten
- Je waakt over risico's en detecteert de verdachte transacties of inbreuken op embargo's in Trade AI.
- Je helpt bij de documentaire incasso's

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- interesse in documentaire kredieten en incasso’s
- oog voor detail en nauwkeurig kunnen werken
Je scoort extra met:
- interesse in/kennis van Internationale Handel / Trade Finance

Voor deze functie is full time aanwezigheid op het kantoor vereist.
