About the Role
Join our Team supporting global clinical studies through myVeeva eCOA digital solutions. This entry-level position is your gateway to becoming a Digital Study Lead perfect for someone hungry to learn clinical operations from the ground up.

What You'll Do
: Daily Impact Across 3-4 Studies: Partner with Digital Study Leads on full lifecycle implementation (feasibility close-out) Coordinate eCOA requirements, translations, and vendor quotes Document myVeeva workshops and update training materials (3x/year releases) Facilitate site trainings (SIV, IM, virtual sessions) and host monthly Office Hours Create patient data dashboards and maintain FAQ resources Manage stakeholder communications and meeting follow-ups Who You Are Experience: 0-2 years (Clinical Trial Assistant/CTA/CTO background preferred) Essential Skills: Fluent English with exceptional communication abilities Natural organizer who thrives on solving problems Genuine curiosity about digital clinical operations and patient-centric solutions Comfort juggling multiple priorities in ambiguous environments Graduated from a Bachelor Degree Bonus Points: Additional European language (French/Dutch ideal for Belgium collaboration) Familiarity with eCOA/ePRO platforms or Veeva tools Previous clinical project team interaction Why joining us?
