**Senior recruiter European Institutions accounts**

We have been an active partner of the european public sector for over 2 decades and we are looking for a specialist recruiter to become an integral part of our dedicated European Institutions team.

Responsabilities
- Lead the recruitment for EU institutions and be the main interface with the consultant ecosystem in Europe.
- Independently run and lead end to end recruitment for technical roles for EU institutions
- Update and maintain our internal database system
- Support on tenders with the EI team
- Maintain and grow a strong network and sound relationship with consultants
- Provide help to consultants in relocation and onboarding with the assistance of our HR organisation
- Engage with hiring managers and service delivery to understand requirements of open roles, including required skillsets, technologies, experience, education, and competencies
- Manage campaigns as required including shortlisting, preliminary interviews, participating in interview panels and advising on selection procedures
- Attend and/or organise networking events/conferences in key recruitment regions when relevant
- Create and maintain great working relationships with partners

LI-DNI
- Previous successful track record recruiting into European Institutions accounts
- Extensive network in the European Institutions consultants ecosystem
- Track record in sourcing and placing a wide variety of IT profiles (Business Analyst, PM, Testers, Enterprise Architects, Backend/Frontend developers etc..)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Including strong English language skills both verbally and written. Additional European languages would be advantage.
