We are looking for an **HR Business Partner** for a **temporary contract (maternity leave cover)**. Join a team where your HR skills will make a difference from day one.

**Your mission?** To be the **HR point of contact** for several departments within the company, acting as a true partner in the service of performance.

You will leverage all HR levers to support the teams: recruitment, development, change management, optimization of HR practices... all in accordance with our values**:team spirit, responsibility, respect, integrity, and passion**.

You will also be involved in supporting teams based in **France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Germany**.

**You will report directly to the HR Director.**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage recruitment from start to finish and ensure successful onboarding of new employees.
- Be the primary contact for departments for all HR-related questions.
- Simplify social legislation by providing clear and adapted answers.
- Transform team objectives into concrete and impactful actions.
- Manage various HR projects: including performance, training, onboarding, process optimization.
- Support managers and teams to achieve their ambitions by aligning HR actions with business priorities.

**Essential qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as an HRBP or equivalent role.
- Very good knowledge of Belgian and European social legislation.
- Relevant experience in HR project management and change management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.

**Bonus points**
- Experience in a multigenerational environment.
- Familiarity with the specificities of the industrial, food, or distribution sector.
