**White** (White Research SRL) is a **fast-developing research and consulting company** based in Brussels.

We offer policy advisory and applied research services. We work together with leading EU (& worldwide) companies on the development and implementation of projects and campaigns, as well as academic and industrial partners on large collaborative projects (private sector, Horizon Europe projects and EU Studies/tenders) in areas ranging from technology, energy, mobility, and sustainability, to innovation and social studies. Our team has a dynamic workday and an extensive network that covers some of the most well-known private and institutional organisations in Europe.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Research / Horizon Europe department in office in Brussels specialising in the design, implementation, and management of international R&D&I projects.

As a **Project Manager**, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

- Coordinating and implementing Horizon Europe projects.
- Contributing to the conceptualisation and development of new project proposals under Horizon Europe.
- Co-leading the development of the company’s research portfolio in your domains of expertise.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of Horizon projects’ tasks and deliverables.
- Contributing to the delivery of policy, business, innovation management, and stakeholder engagement/networking services required by Horizon projects.
- Managing internal or external human resources/teams for project implementation and proposal development.
- Participating in the strategic planning of the International Projects / Research department activities, including the recruitment and mentoring of junior staff.
- BSc degree and an MSc in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Business or Social Sciences. A doctoral degree is an asset, but not mandatory.
- At least two (2) years of work experience in the implementation and management of EU research projects (e.g. Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe) or tender projects/studies for the European Commission and other EU institutions and agencies (e.g. DG MOVE, DG Research, CEDEFOP, EASME, etc.).
- Industry and/or academic experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods (e.g. surveys, market research methods), business modelling and planning, or programming languages will be considered an asset.
- Hands-on experience preparing EU research proposals or managing EU tender bids will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must. Other languages are a plus, but not a requirement.
- GMAT/GRE test scores, if available, will be considered strongly.
- High standards of integrity and reliability.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to produce clear and concise results.
- An international outlook and ambition, such as experience abroad, working with multinational teams, or openness to international travel.
