Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets - passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize production workflows
- Develop and maintain strategies to enhance manufacturing operations
- Ensure tracebility of products throughout the manufaturing processing advanced IT solutions
- Oversee warehouse management systems to imrpove inventory control and logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with manufacturing processes
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on IT systems and tools
**Job Purpose**:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engnieering, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations and IT systems
- Strong knowledge of MES, digitalization, tracebility and warehouse management
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems and data analytics
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices in manufacturing
- Proficiency in SQL databases
