We are looking for a CAMO Engineer for an important client in the defence sector in Brussels. **Job Description** Tasks and responsabilities**: - Coach Local CAMO Planning personnel in their daily tasks - Coach new arrived Local CAMO personnel in their learning process. - Support and follow up of daily processes and procedures. - Analyse standing processes & procedures with a critical view and improve where possible. - Map all standing processes & procedures. - Create flow charts and checklists for all standing processes & procedures. - Map all lacking processes and procedures. - Create flow charts and checklists for all lacking processes & procedures. **Qualifications** Requirements**: - Engineering degree or equivalent technical education - Demonstrated experience in part 21, part M and part 145 - Knowledge of airworthiness procedures and technical requirements - Desirable knowledge of A400M or any other military AC and experience in the military environment - Good communication and coaching skills, customer oriented, able to coordinate the workflow and the relationships among the engineering departments **Additional Information** Our Benefits**: - Accommodation and rental car in Brussels during the service - Economy class flights from origin to destination and back for the start and end of the mission + 2 home trips per year - Local mobile line and fuel reimbursement - Laptop and IT equipment - Medical insurance
