Tempo Team is looking for a full-time interim Project Manager to take over the organisation of FERMA events.

Description de la fonction

His/her responsibilities cover:

- Organisation of the FERMA Forum, 9-11 October, Copenhagen
- Supervise the Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) and ensure implementation and follow-up of actions
- Arrange and confirm the logistics (catering, meeting rooms, AV, staging, etc...)
- Coordinate and organise the programme committee meetings
- Follow up on the scientific programme : contact speakers, confirm attendance
- Contact and follow up with sponsors and exhibitors
- Maintain calendar and milestones
- Liaise with the Communications manager for the implementation of the marketing plan
- Reporting, budgeting and financial management

The FERMA Forum is the biggest pan-European event of risk professionals (i.e. risk managers, consultants and
service providers). It attracts an audience of more than 1,500 participants from throughout Europe, most of
whom coming from the world of business, finance and banking. The FERMA Forum has earned an enviable
reputation for the business opportunities it offers to participants and for the outstanding quality of speakers.
- Organisation of statutory meetings (Board and General Assembly)
- Mailing of the agenda, prepare list of participants, confirm arrangements
- Booking of meeting rooms (contracts with hotels) and order arrangements (catering, hotels, logistics)
- Management of the European Risk Management Certification (rimap)
- Liaise and coordinate with LHWC, the technical partner responsible for enrolling and delivering the online
- Coordinate and organise Rimap committee meetings
- Support the delivery of the work plan
- Maintain project calendar and milestones
- Prepare, together with the Communications Manager, the communication campaigns for the certification

Tes atouts
- Sound experience in project management with international partners
- Sound experience in the organisation of large and complex events
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media and website editing
- Language skills: fluent in English (spoken and written); other European languages such as French would

also be an asset
- Strong organisation skills with a keen eye for details and ability to work on a variety of tasks

- Excellent written and communication skills and flair for promotion
- A highly motivated personality, hand-on and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- Availability to travel abroad when required
