**Role description**:
Facilitate discussion and resolution between diverse groups of stakeholders across the enterprise, with the sole objective of ensuring a consistent approach to the execution of the business strategy.
Translate the business vision and strategy into effective change by creating and improving the requirements, principles and methods of the enterprise's future state and defining the roadmap to enable that future state.
The scope of this Enterprise Architecture team covers IT, Service Platforms and Network

**Required Responsibilities**:

- Lead a virtual team of experts on architectural studies, develop and promote our architectural frameworks, define roadmaps and guide the project architects in the Transformation Programs
- Keep abreast of the most recent technological developments and share these with relevant stakeholders in order to guarantee technology expertise development within the company
- Gather, understand and consolidate functional and technical requirements from the business vision and strategy in order to define the overall architecture for a certain functional domain
- Define and maintain the roadmap(s) and/or models of a certain functional domain in order to ensure that the strategic goals of the company are realized through timely implementation of systems, platforms and infrastructure
- Lead work sessions with cross-functional teams

**Degree & Experience**:

- Master degree in telecom engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent
- Previous experience (?10 years) within the discipline of Enterprise Architecture (or equivalent) by preference in large enterprises

**Technical skills**:

- Familiar with the use of industry frameworks like e-Tom

**Attitudes/Behavior**:

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills (partnering, stakeholder management, consulting)
- Demonstrated excellence in consultative, presentation, verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analysis
- Demonstrated project management & facilitation skills
- Presentation skills
